Post them here......

-any thoughts you have about the Cavs that don't have the merit to carry their own thread

-things you have noticed the first few weeks that are worth mentioning

-things you'd like to see in next few weeks

-etc etc etc

I'll start:

Watch Eric Snow the next game. When he gets the ball from an inbounds pass on the defensive end of the court with no pressure, he takes about 4 steps before dribbling. One time last night, he walked half way to the midcourt line before dribbling. I seriously couldn't believe it.

In the first quarter, we've been outshooting the opposition by at least 5 FG's, yet still don't pull away for a lead.

And, when someone takes a shot from 3, everyone piles in the middle. That leads to les offensive rebounding because of the long boards.

The records in our division right now are scary. The East is real deep, and IMO has surpassed the West for conference supremacy (in terms of teams with high regular season win percentages).

I have noticed this and see alot of players do it...travelling just dont get called no more...but how embarrassing for snow if he was to be called...just bounce the fkn thing earlier...

also...why why why does eric think he needs to shoot...we have shooters out there...the day he has 0-0 under FG's column is the day i will be happy...even 4 assists will be fkn marvellous next to his 0-0 FG column

another thought....LBJ is hitting his J..but id still like to see him take it more...

Z is huge for us on offence, that little jump falling hook thing at the front of the rim is gold...

drew is hustling but still dumb on plays...

marshall is gold

hughes i likey likey!!!!

henderson is a very important vet on this team...gives 110% each min on the floor...

oh and OT, but the knicks are a rabble ;)

Snow was 2/4 from the field yesterday. He hit his shots. That's alright with me. And, he drives to the hole. He needs to keep defenses honest. That's all.

When will Z hit the next 3 to send it into overtime? I'm waiting...

2/4 looks great but its when he takes these shots (early in the 24 or a rushed shot) that i am concerned about...if he can hit that short jumper CONSISTENTLY then i might be happier, until then, i dont want to see him shoot the ball.

Snow barely shoots the ball and probably is last in field goal attempts per 48 minutes in the NBA. So the claims of him shooting too much are completely bogus. He is shooting the ball at 50% from the field.

I didnt say he is shooting too much.... who said that?

Its just my opinion that i think he shouldnt shoot the ball or as i said, atleast be consistent with it..and i should add for him to pick his shot if he were to take one...

That to me says dont shoot Eric. He is thinking pass 99 times before he thinks shoot.

- Definitely noticed the Snow dribble-travels a couple of times.

- Glad to see Z hit the open shot. Did he not walk on that pass from Hughes last night when he slammed it? Either way I was happy to see him dunk it rather than those soft finger roll layups.

- LOVE Donyell Marshall, he's done everything asked and more.

- LeBron didn't seem all that into the game at times and i'm not the biggest fan of his 'hold, jab step, jab step, dribble, jump back, and shoot' routine but he still gets his 26 a night so he's doing something right. His 3's have fallen off quite a bit it seems since opening night

well, it didnt intend to sound that way...either way, thats my opinion and i respect yours, as long as he does the team thing (which is waht snow is all about anyway, so no problems there) ill be happy...

also...after reading the write up karma put into the game thread, i was pleased the cavs were aggressive with the last play of regulation...last year, i doubt they would have been so positive but since we have the weapons we might as well use them.

What it boils down to with Eric Snow:

Take your open looks. I will be more disappointed with a passed up shot than a missed one. And if you miss them, that is something to work on. But take your shots, please.

If you have the willingness to create your own shot, via lay-ups that he did a few times, by all means, do it up. But if you miss, then expect criticism. If you have the confidence to do so, do it. I like the assertiveness.

Eric snow- we have 4 other scorers out there, but i think he should take 4 or 5 shots a game. He can hit down those open jumpers a lot and has been doing better on offense.

Larry hughes- Has looked better in the offense the last few games. keep it p

lebron- lebron is lebron. i still would like to see more assists from him

Zylslowness ilslowness- i like this nick name. But seriously whats the record for most consecutive games with a travel.

No but seriously Z is solid. He always seems to get himself in the right place for the offensive rebound and the putback. That gives us alot of points off of second chance points. A lot of the time Larry or lebron can dish it off to him for the easy deuce. Glad we kept him

Donyell marshall- i like how michael reghi puts it. doller for doller donyell marshall was the best free agent aquisition. He was clutch in orlando.

Alan henderson- solid vet, key role.

Drew gooden- Ive seen very few dumb plays from him this year. Not as many as last year. He keeps racking up those rebounds and he even adds a few blocks here and there.

Luke "pistol-magic" Jackson- Passes too much. I like how he huscles on defence though.

Damon jones- I love damon jones. He always has the best comments. The top 5 most hansomest guy and the top 5 shooter. What a killer combo :chuckles:
