Fast & Furious 6. Meh. This series clearly peaked with the (excellent) Fast Five. The sixth movie is pretty mediocre by comparison. There are a couple of fun action scenes, but the finale is just kind of boring. I'm pretty sure the runway in that scene was about forty miles long, because that plane was driving for fucking ever. Just all around disappointing. Paul Walker should have had the good grace to die after the fifth movie, because that was a fantastic fucking action movie.

Indeed.. It was a spur of the moment kinda thing.. She wanted me to marry her, and I guess she thought I never would because I've never married anyone and at 30 I guess that means I wasn't going to. She thought, with good reason, that I would go back to my old ways. So anyway, small wedding on the beach, honeymoon in Maui, and then I got heavily involved in my business' growth...






I'll be honest though... Marriage isn't for everyone. It's hard as hell. Sometimes I wake up and forget that, yes, I'm married... and my life is completely different now.. It's very strange sometimes, but I'm getting used to it? I think... I dunno...

I get protecting ones self (financially), but I can see how it looks from another point of view. Marriage is indeed not for everyone. I rather have someone be who they are, and not tell them what they can/can't buy or do. I'd go deeper into my thoughts on this, but we already derailed this thread.

I didn't get one for a very simple reason: there was no need to. I have my pre-marriage major accounts protected in Lichtenstein & my basic accounts with PNC. I firmly believe in building shit together and people taking turns.

To wit: I just joined a creative agency with 2 other partners. Money from my end will be tight for the first 6 months but my wife has a great job and security, so we will rely on her during my transition. Once my firm starts landing larger clients and $ begins to roll in, she can take a back seat, get preggers, and let me take the financial burden. To me, it makes the most sense.
