this is the same newspaper which routinely ranks the oklahoma state football team better than the oklahoma football team, just ignore this guy.

oh for those of you that havent heard of the story this guy is talking about its pretty interesting. either a nebraska or texas fan (had a nebraska screen name and worked for the university of texas) made up a story about the oklahoma mens football team (specifically two of their better players being caught for doing something illegal). He then used the general lay out of the oklahoman along with one of the reports names (possibly trammel) to post the article as true information. right now he is being prosecuted by the writer, and the dad of one of the players, but the lawsuit is going to be a first of its kind, and it could establish precedent for making up false rumors on the internet.
