Chandler To Hornets Or Wolves?
Jul 4 - ESPN.com's Chad Ford and Marc Stein reported last night that Chicago is in trade talks with New Orleans/Oklahoma City about a deal that would send Tyson Chandler to the Hornets for P.J. Brown and J.R. Smith.
Today's edition of the Daily Southtown reports the Bulls, after agreeing to a contract with Ben Wallace, are going to make another run at Kevin Garnett.

According to the newspaper, the Bulls believe they can revive the talks if they sweeten their offer to Chandler, Luol Deng and first-round draft pick Tyrus Thomas for Garnett

looking in terms of this trade actually working out under the cap. I know KG makes 20ish, and with both deng and thomas in their rookie contracts even with chandler maybe make 10, i dont see this trade really happening, espically with the bulls using a large amount of cap space on wallace.

Even with the wallace signing the bulls could taken in like 8 mill directly to their cap so this isn't as far fetched as you may think.

The rumored deal between the Hornets and Bulls centered around Tyson Chandler will likely happen before Friday, according to Arn Tellem, who is the agent for guard J.R. Smith.

The rumored deal would see Chandler move to New Orleans, with forward P.J. Brown and Smith coming to Chicago.

So without Chandler's big salary to move to Minnesota to help salaries matchup, I just don't see a KG trade happening for Chicago anymore. No need to worry.

still dont think its gonna happen though....I think they are going to do the PJ trade and keep PJ so they have more money to resign the kids on that team
