And as I meant, he will should get multiple offers. Most likely those that won't require escalators and some with large base salarys

I'd take a flyer on him as a potential stop gap.

Draft a QB to groom and let Bradford try to stay healthy with a good line and run game.

He's better than any other FA option (by quite a bit IMO) and worth the gamble for a team completely devoid of QB talent.
