So I'm trying to get a group of tickets to the Kings game on 3/28 and the prices are really high on stub hub and flashseats. Pretty sure it's due largely to people trying to see a game before the season. But anyway, I have never tried to scalp tickets on game day, are there many available usually? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Sit in Harry Buffalo until a few minutes after the game starts. Go out to the corner and ask the 5-10 guys on the corner who has the best (4) tickets. Lowball the hell out them. They know they wont have many more chances so they'll be fighting over your money.

Yes. There are a shitload of scalpers. If you goto the corner of 9th and prospect/huron, it is like a convention of scalpers. Don't get hustled though dude. They are fucking vultures and will try to rape you. Good luck.

I mean I've scalped for tribe games before so I know my way around the scalpers pretty good I've just never really tried for a Cavs game. What do they usually go for for a shitty game like this? 30-40?

Dude, the opponent is shitty however that being the first game back for Z, might command a higher price. I am sure you could get by with a $30-$40 price per ticket. But, like what Max said, low ball the shit out of them and eventually one of the vultures will bite.

Also, make sure you see both tickets before you give the scalper any money. They try to pair together any loose tickets they have left after the game's started, so if you aren't careful, you'll walk away with two tickets that are in different seats, even if they are in different sections.

Lowball the shit out of them, and when they call you crazy, just start walking away. They're price will come down real fast once they think you are going elsewhere.

Oh, another hint. Don't flash money. EVER. My aunt thought she could do quite swell, so I let her have at it a few years back. We sat in the upper second bowl for about 80 a seat because she had 160 in cash and magically thats what they cost. I've had quite the success by just talking to two ones that are nearby at around the same time, or make shit up. For example, "the guy down the block has two tickets in section 120 going for 60 a ticket." They'll bite.
