Just saw this on ESPN, maybe the Heat will actually be able to salvage some of the season and finish with a somewhat respectable record.

INDIANAPOLIS -- Miami will have stars Shaquille O'Neal and Dwyane Wade together in the lineup for the first time since November against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday.

O'Neal missed the past 35 games while recovering from knee surgery. Wade will start after sitting out Monday's game against the New York Knicks with a sprained left ankle.

O'Neal, a key component to the Heat's NBA title run last season, had surgery Nov. 19. The 7-foot-1, 325-pound center has only played in four games this season, averaging 14 points and 7.5 rebounds. He will back up Alonzo Mourning on Wednesday, the team said.

The Heat have struggled without O'Neal, entering Wednesday's game with a 19-22 record.

Wade has averaged 28.2 points per game this season, fifth-best in the league.

Thank goodness... Now maybe someone can claim the east finally..

You mean the dominating Toronto Raptors havent impressed you thus far?

Actually, I've been watching the Wizards as of late.. Personally, I think they're better than the Cavs...

Caron Butler stepped right in and filled the void for Hughes..moreso than Hughes even did IMO.

I'd take Butler over Hughes right now no questions..

Shaq with 1 point in 6 minutes at the half. Word is he is being recuscitated in the locker room during halftime after running down the court twice. The big man obviously needs to slim down that 400 lb frame before the playoffs.

and the Wiz got Butler for Kwame Brown...Hahaha

Yeah...Jordan destroyed Kwame so it was a great move by Grunfeld..

Nah, the Heat suck way more than the Cavs do..And they will continue to do so at least as long as the keep giving The Big Aristotle 14 minutes off the bench..We have finally seen where "The Great Dwyane Wade" can lead the Heat without The Diesel, and the results aren't promising..LeBron at least has the Cavs in the thick of things..They aren't as good as we all thought, but third in the East is certainly nothing to sneeze at..

I'm just waiting for the Cavs to go on a crazy 12-game winning streak so you can cut your Wade/Heat/Mavs/Walton LoveFest crap ;)

By the way, the Raps are respectable..
