No, those games should be blacked out because they are on national TV, as should games that can be seen on local cable tv.
The problem is that there are many blackouts of games that aren't on national TV or broadcast in a local market. I'm fairly certain its some kind of complicated glitch that the NBA is (hopefully) working on. I was just wondering if anyone here knew any more.
I googled the issue, and other NBA forums have discussed the same thing, but I can't get any clear answers. NBA.com has awful service so there's no point going back there.
