Because of Hutchinson and the Vikings....if they tagged him, they'd have to pay him near $10 million a year. That's insane.

ah I didn't think of that...Isn't it the average of the top three (or five) people though at the position? Maybe not. It would still be a crapload of money though for them to spend.....

If I'm the Browns, he is definitely the number one target if he gets free.
