COLUMBUS, Ohio - What's brewing today with the 2006 Ohio State Buckeyes ...

BUCKEYE BUZZ: The fleet Ted Ginn Jr. didn't appear to be hampered any in Saturday's victory over Indiana by a broken toe he suffered during practice in the middle of last week.

"That didn't affect his play Saturday and I'm sure it won't affect his play this Saturday," coach Jim Tressel said on Tuesday.

Ginn is wearing a protective boot on the foot.

Asked if he felt his wide receiver and kick returner needed to be held out of the game against Minnesota, which kicks off Saturday at 3:36 p.m., Tressel said there was no way Ginn wouldn't play.

"I'm not the doctor. I'm the coach," he said. "He's playing. I can be trumped by the doctor but, no, all indications are that he'll be fine."
