there are not only dogs at almost all games, but there are air quality detectors, and in a outdoor arena, a dirty bomb wouldnt be very effective because in order for something like that to work, you need more of an enclosed space without ventalation. most of the stadiums named are outdoor arenas.

Weren't all the dirty bombs in Iraq outside? I don't know where they set them off, but I think they can be outside because of the weight of the chemicals. But thats a guess I don't know.
