Do I have to use magic? I do healing every now and then but I just hate switching from shield to magic and vice versa. If I should learn to do more magic, which spells should i focus on? Ive been using one handed, block, light armor, and the stealth talents.

Only magic i've used has been heal and the occassional fireball.

Becoming a werewolf made this game awesome. I was in a fortress outnumbered 10-1. Well throughout this stronghold was a bunch of caged with wolves inside. I opened the cages, transformed and all of a sudden I had a wolf army fighting with me.

By the way imo the best weapon set to get is get a warhammer and improve the shit out of your enchanting skill. I'm in the 50's if i'm not mistaken and I can make rings and necklaces that for smithing increase your ability to upgrade armor and weapons 20% so I attatch both of those (ring/necklace) and I enchanted some armor to allow me to make 13% improvements to armor/eapons so I attatch that and then make my weapon in my case the deadric warhammer. Then I go over to the grinstone and improve it by 50 some odd % and the weapon ends up being a really high damage then I attatch my ring of fortify two handed/necklace of fortify two handed as well as my gauntlets of fortify two handed (32% each) and my warhammer does like 260 damage. I really want to get my enchanting up higher so I can improve my weapons again lol.

I've been doing a ton of smithing. I think I'm at 66 with every perk available unlocked. I'm only like level 20 or something. I'm sporting steel plate armor all flawlessly crafted and an enchanted Elven sword.

See i'm level 46 and my smithing is 100 and i've unlocked everything for it. Also since the start of the game I have been using two handed weapons so that is why my two handed is so strong,it is somewhere in the 80's.

Also once you get ebony stuff it's really friging awesome but its a bitch to find te ingots. Find gloomsbound mine tough and you're golden. Gloomsbound is directly east of windhelm in case you didn't know.

do the ores respond though? doesn't seem like it for me

First time I went I went all the way to the top of the mountain and kind of fell on to it. That is how I found it lol. If haat helps. The orcs didn't really care, they just kept saying get out we don't wqnt you hear, blah, blah, blah.

I think ores respawn every week.

Definitely spawned all those in the PC game's console. Would make for an epic final quest though.
