The Unborn movie

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
PS how in the hell do you get scared by a book?

Same way you get scared by a movie. If it's a good book then it gets in your head. Books can be scarier than moves if you read the right ones.

Sleep tight David....

It got herpes. Hangin' too much at the bad side of the red light district.

When that old dude is crawling up the stairs...Holy. Shit.

Saw this trailer when I went to see Quarantine. Bay produced it but the guys who wrote the Batman movies directed it. Should be sick

I found an interview with Goyer that, after reading, gives me the impression that this will be a hell of a movie. http://www.aintitcool.com/node/37676

He says some of the same things about Gary Oldman that I've always thought (top 10 best actors of all time) and he comments on some of the weird scenes in the trailer. He also agrees with us Ring fans that it was a damn good horror movie.

Goyer is very confident in this movie and seems to be really excited about getting it out to the public. It also has some Dark Knight commentary for you Batman freaks.

IT is by fat the scariest movie ever...

What ever happened to Tim Curry (The dude who played IT)

I saw him play King Arthur in Spamalot in New York a couple years ago, but I don't know what happened to him since.

IT was my first real horror movie and that clown scares the shit out of me to this day.

Not a fan of Michael Bay...I was excited about the new Friday the 13th until I seen he was directing it (although I do like how Jason actually runs after his victims, instead of magically appearing infront of them). IMO he ruined the Texas Chainsaw remake. I don't know why, but all of his movies seem to have the same Will Smith, "Bad Boys" feel to them. Too Hollywood, no substance. But.....will prolly still see it anyway, impulsively.

So he was the one responsible for the crapfest that was the new Chainsaw? Wow, that movie sucked balls.

I don't know i'm not really scared by movies, and certainly not by books. I get scared by things in real life though i'm not one of those cold people who don't show emotion. Still to this day I won't set foot in a local bong shop because of the guy that owns it.

PS. Lee I just got a reading assignment that shit sucks.

Scary kid? Check! (See: "The Omen") Weird animals? Check! (See: "The Puppet Masters") Creepy old guy spider walk? Check! (See: "The Exorcist" or "The Ring 2") The movie is recycling old horror cliches, but the trailer still does them well enough. Plus, any movie starring Idris Elba (Stringer Bell!) gets a purchase from me.

Let's talk scary stuff though. For movies you can't go wrong with "The Exorcist" (the original, and none of the sequels), "Jacob's Ladder" (I can't recommend this one enough), "28 Days Later", and of course "It". I'd also recommend two other flicks in "Suspira" for creepy atmosphere and "The Beyond" for faint inducing zombie violence. For me personally though the scariest movies are ones with real life messages, not boogeyman stuff. Check out David Lynch's "Eraserhead" for a crazy mind melter, and "Requiem for a Dream" with those fisheye lens shots and classic soundtrack. I swear after seeing "Requiem" I avoided Tylenol for the longest time. Psychological horror is what gets me staying up late.

i have been freaked out by books, but never really scared. The Ruins was a ****ed up novel that really made you think, although someone ruined it by turning it into a shit movie. Call of the Wild is another novel that pins man v. nature and requires you to make a Sophies choice. Love shit like that

Well I just finished watching the TCM and wow that movie was terrible. Did anyone else find themselves laughing? I love in horror movies when you know, and everyone else knows that if the girl is going to walk into that room the guy is going to kill her lol. And if you are ever being chased by a killer never walk towards the scary sounds lol.
