Not sure if this belongs here, or if anywhere, but I thought I would pass this along since this is a great show at a great price. I have only seen a few episodes, and have been looking to get the series set.

I just picked this up on Amazon. I put it in my "saved for later" cart yesterday, and it became an Amazon Deal of the Day today. I had no idea, I just assumed that it had to go on sale sometime.

Saved $40 by waiting a day.

I already own it but I would def. recommend this to everyone, it's the best series with great rewatchability. 89.99 is a steal.

yeah the wire is one of my favorite shows. I almost like it better than the Wire. McNolty is just great. Awesome show. If you like the Wire I'd reccommend the Shield to. That's a good one also.

I'd definitely recommend this to any on the fence. Best show I've ever watched in my life. I may be a bit biased, my mom is friends with David Simon's (the show's creator) wife.
