He'll more than likely find a more lucrative opportunity next summer. There aren't a whole lot of young bigs available and almost every team has money to spend with the rising cap.

They need to work this out.

TT isn't that friggin good. Stats tell me he's easily replaceable. His ability to switch on the PnR is vastly overrated. He gets pushed around by any big with size. He doesn't protect the rim. He doesn't draw his defenders out of the paint.
