Absolutely no idea what to expect from this one tonight.
And a few egregious drops. The only things I'd bank on are mismanagement of timeouts, questionable play calling in the red zone, and getting gashed on a running play up the middle.
It has been a while since I’ve been nervous about the Browns. They seldom have much to play for sadly. This is the first game in a while where they have at least as much talent as the Steelers. They probably have more. If they can’t beat them at home given that, it makes you wonder if they ever will.I’m very nervous about this game as well. I was slightly more confident about the Buffalo game, even though they’re arguably a better team.
On paper this should be a close game that the Browns should be able to eek out a win from, if they play a clean game with no mental mistakes, including from the coach. The problem is, they haven’t shown they are capable of doing that. This team also suffers from “one step forward, two steps back” syndrome in the worst way.
If the Browns lose, it will almost assuredly be because they beat themselves, instead of the Steelers outplaying them. Story of the season.
Don’t forget weak-ass missed tackles! The only things I'd bank on are mismanagement of timeouts, questionable play calling in the red zone, and getting gashed on a running play up the middle.
