SC took a well deserved hit and I guess OSU's competition didn't impress the voters. The dropped two spaces even after a 38-0 performance .......

A team that lost 15 games in a row cracked the top 25 (Washington) and BYU took a big hit after being pasted by Florida State.

Miami is my dark horse team to get to the BCS championship game. Next year that team will be one of the favorites with Jacorey Harris being the front runner for the Heisman.

I agree. It's crazy how many of those players all played together in high school. That team is going to be pretty nasty. They won't have to worry about being together on offense, they already are.

Miami's offense should be illegal. They are doing the little things right because they are so well-coached. Their defense is fast too. Fun team to watch.

I understand the pollsters don't like us, and us dropping a little happens. But how the heck does Oklahoma move up 2 spots? Is Tulsa that much better than Toledo?

In fact, Oklahoma has has the BCS game "embarrassments" we have had, plus they lost to Bosie and a WVU team that had just lost their coach in BCS bowls. How they get free passes for their big game flops seems like a double standard....

no, you get to much respect and piss it away year after year. osu is right where they should be.

I think we belong in the 10-15 range. Yes, we almost lost to Navy. Yes we lost to USC , and yes we just beat a highschool team. This may sound strange, but the last thing we need right now is to be in the National Championship run. We can save that for 1-2 years from now.

That doesn't explain how they move up by killing Tulsa, but we move down for killing Toledo.

OSU got punished for how they played without Beanie last year. Oklahoma gets a free pass for not playing with Bradford.

Oklahoma and OSU do the same thing, but Oklahoma gets free passes. It starts to get really annoying (if you couldn't tell)...

Your point is well taken with regard to the lack of criticism that Oklahoma takes. Especially since Stoops is a real jerk and easy to dislike IMO. That said, it is hard to defend OSU ever since that debacle against Florida. They lost to USC twice, Texas, Penn State at home, and LSU. They truly won't get respect until they are able to beat a strong SEC team IMO or someone like USC. No one cares nationally if OSU beats Penn State in Happy Valley. It just won't get them respect. No one cares is they beat the Wolverines again. Beating USC in the Rose Bowl or someone like LSU or Florida in a BCS bowl would go a long way toward bringing them credibility. There isn't a national conspiracy against the Bucks. Sure, there are some haters out there. Any good program has to deal with that. But, it is in their hands to change perception of themselves.

I understand OSU has flopped in big games, and they have work to do. But it's a double standard with them and Oklahoma.
