Why The Browns Should Trade For Tim Tebow

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I would take Tebow 9 time out of 10 over McCoy.

This.

The hate for Tebow has reached is apex when people would honestly rather have a Colt McCoy/Seneca Wallace QB battle as opposed to bringing in Tebow for a 5th round draft pick.

Thing is Denver is probably gonna over-price Tebow. I'd only be willing to give a 4th round pick up, and if Tebow starts half the year and raises eyebrows I'd give them a 2nd next year so they don't get ripped off.

If Moss is worth a 4th when he got traded to NE, then Tebow is no better.

Just to make you Tebow'iacs happy.

I wouldn't take him if Denver paid his salary for the rest of his career. The browns are already a tough sell and adding this joker to the roster only makes it worse.

Can't be worse than trying to convince a WR to catch passes from Colt McCoy. Forget the screwballs that Tebow throws.

That first part is just dumb. If he can play well with Denvers defense he can probably do better than McCoy even though that's not saying much. He made the guys around him better and they were motivated to play with him. Just look at their record when he took over and then what he did.

considering we have no talent at QB or RB, Tebow would instantly make us better in both the passing and rushing games.

Hate him all you want, dude wins games, and is a natural leader.

All things this team sorely lacks.

That said, I would only give up a 2nd rounder at best for him.

Take, Kalil @ 4, Floyd @ 22, and Tebow, and our offense is eons better than the hot trash they put out there last year.

Tim Tebow simply does not make you better in the passing game, and this is coming from a guy who thinks Colt McCoy is well below average.

Stop buying the hype with this dude, he can't pass and it's plainly obvious. Colt McCoy is flat out a better passer, and that's ridiculous.

Not to mention you then have the tedious task of trying to flip Joe Thomas to RT. All that for a QB who has been mediocre at best, and that's being generous.

Well not if we do what steveo suggests and draft Kalil, then we'll have a dual LT setup and we can switch between Tebow and McCoy without worrying about either ones blindside. Its genius!!!!~@

The Sad truth Is fellow Browns fans. He won't be coming since this place Is the so said "Hell" Of sports cities. Why would his God sign PM and then trade him to the Browns to laugh In his face! ... Oh yeah He Is banging Taylor Swift... He has already reached heaven! Meanwhile colt is still doing Target practice In his back yard supported by a less attractive more seductive G/F to tell hime.. "shoot for dem dolla bills honey" As the poor Kid tries to do an mean well but always falls short. I guess this is better than Brady I am a big jock with my GF who now hates me because Miami did not draft me Quinn. Oh no matter how you look at It... Derek (lol I can throw hard lol) Anderson never had a chance to be a man of God, Hard Worker, Looks/Charisma they all had. Bottom line Is TeBow would fit here just fine. He unlike any QB or even FO member at least he Believes In something... Yet so did Matt LaPorta. Ahhh hell lets get TEBOW!

Ahhh fugg it.

I'll let Tebow come in and compete with Colt if it costs only a 5th or 4th.

We run an offense based on getting the ball out quick and with high accuracy, so we should get a QB with a 50% (with better WR) completion percentage and an elongated release. Ohh and he played in a gimmicky offense that had to be completely constructed around him, but our coaches refuse to change the offense. Tell me why this in any way seems like a good idea.
