He actually listed Ben Wallace and Shawn Marion as a cut below and mentioned them in the same sentence as Newble. Correct me if I'm wrong but hasn't Wallace won quite a few defensive awards.

Charlie Rosen just never fails to entertain me with his complete lack of understanding of the game that he is paid handsomely to cover. My eight year old son truly does undertand more about the game, teams and players than Charlie Rosen, and that's not an exaggeration, in the least. Anyone in their right minds that could mention Desagana Diop as being excellent in ANY AREA of the game of basketball ...understands nothing about the game. Diop runs uo and down the court, and tries to block anyone's shot that he can get close enough to to try. He plays no form of team defense at all, and never has ...he doesn't know how. He's a big kid with long long arms that tries to block shots ...and gets more fouls per minute than any player in the history of the game. Charlie Rosen needs to understand that fouling a player on defense isn't good defense....it's the opposite....never attempting to box out and control the paint on the dfensive end is poor defense ....

How a guy can get to a level in his profession ...like Rosen...working for a major sports network ...just boggles the mind. How on earth can a guy be so utterly horrible at his craft and move up to the highest levels of his profession ? He's gotta have somebody in high places that gave him the job ..because he truly is null and void of any talent or even basic comprehension of what he covers...
