This makes me a sad sad panda. While I think it would be a good, no great idea if and only if the fucking chinese were not alowwed to vote. They single handedly control any NBA vote, no check that any vote period. It really saddens me to no end that Yao Ming will recieve an MVP vote.

Nothing to worry about, just seems like whoever wins the fan voting will get one vote out of 125 in the real voting. So even if Yao gets 10% of the fan vote, Lebron will win the fan vote and that will be the 1/125 vote we fans get. And hopefully Lebron wins this shit unanimously.

No, the NBA really added fan voting to the MVP, counting for 1 exact vote (as imadogg pointed out). It's stupid and pointless... basically a way to get people "involved" but at the same time giving them no real say.


Oh, and fans shouldn't get it anyways. All-Star voting, anyone?
