Zune help...?

I have a zune for a while now...But i plugged it in my laptop today and it says i need an update and to click 0k...So i did and nothing happens....I need some info. asap b/c im trying to download songs and it says the zune isnt connected...WTF is going on????

Yeah, mine did that upgrade too. But it does connect. Did you unplug your zune when the software updated? If so, turn it completely off and reboot it then try to reconnect it to your computer after you restart it.

Zune software is AMAZING if you have zunepass and still good even if you don't. Also, there is NO SUCH THING AS AN "ITOUCH." It is called an Ipod Touch. That just really pisses me off when people say that.

Nope dont work...I dont understand this BS....It says click "ok" to update which i do and nothing happens....On top of that my zune says connected but it isnt connected

Really dont have time for this...I need to update my songs asap

maybe your comp wiped out the drivers?

It happened to my zune a long time ago but it fixed itself somehow.

Try restarting it by holding the back button and up on the pad at the same time for a few seconds.
