We are pathetic.

This team looks like they dont give a fuck. What happened to this team? Did the Miami game really suck the life out of them that much. Play with some damn pride, you're professional athletes......act like it

I am sorry. I like Andy just as much as anyone. But he is a 100% liability on offense. He is only useful on a contending team as a role player. Sucks on this team.

that's a myth that was started in the Lebron era.

he's not even close to being the best player on the team...he is a decent defender - all he can do is provide slightly above average effort on defense...but effort doesn't mean much because he can't jump - even if he stays in position, opposing players just shoot right over him 'cause he has less hops than the average grandma.

his lack of basketball skills is offensive. when he tries to shoot or dribble, it looks like a little kid in gym class who is touching a basketball for the first time.

Yes but you see the Miami lovers (the guys telling us that this was basically the same team LBJ had last year) would tell you that Shaq would make no difference on this team because he made no difference last year.

Forget last year. Shaq was not a good fit with LBJ. However, on THIS team Shaq would make a HUGE difference. For the reason you just stated and, sadly, because he would be our best offensive player.
 
Someone who has the time should make a thread concerning the pro players and coaches who should be shipped out of town in 2011. It might just be a big list and a nice soothing conversation.

Im stunned that people are still getting so upset by this team. Questioning their heart, pride, etc. Folks, NO TALENT = MANY LOSSES!! I mean it's either something you have to come to grips with or you're going to drive yourself crazy into thinking that if this team played "harder" or with more "effort" that it would suddenly turn the season around. They are trying, the really do suck this bad.

i agree...Shaq is a true center. even if he can't jump, his sheer size makes players miss. and he always made sure he was standing in front of the hoop not letting guards get free layups on him.

i agree...it's not really an effort issue...it's a talent issue. they just don't have good players.
