Horton shouldn't have gone prevent, but there is absolutely no excuse for that PI call. I can't believe they blew the whistle on that knowing it would put them on the 1. It makes me sick.
 
Shouldn't have gone into a prevent and let them drive down the field in the first place, I will NEVER understand why coaches feel that this is a good idea.
