I'm curious about the cultural fit here with Puig.

Lindor lashing out at Leonys Martin for dogging a ball in the OF, one wonders what it looks like with Puig. That said, he's a far more fun loving guy and could mesh well with Ramirez, Lindor and Santana, the unquestioned leaders on the team.

I never said it was a good plan to contend, but they've been looking for starting pitchers for 2+ years. So they could look at it as a shot for next year.

If we get impact players from teams that are in chaos I'm totally okay with it.
 
the conclusion I've come too is that all these pundits are talking from both sides....they have no idea who's getting traded...usually like in most sports the real trades are the ones nobody knows about

Nobody ever claims to know for sure who is getting traded.

But to act like these guys are making it up and don't know who is on the block is an opinion bred out of ignorance, more than anything else.

All of these guys are getting fed info from any number of actual sources, and they're certainly being worked by teams who know that other teams or looking.

Probably not a chance that there’s a three team deal involving an ace and the Padres in which the ace doesn’t go there.

They have the farm to get Bauer without help.
