Indians vs White Sox

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What I haven’t liked about these last few games is that you can see the team is quitting after they get behind. Explains the recent losses.

Would be cool to win tonight. Would hate this team to roll over and die.

Yo man..... Nothing they can do about those losses in the past !!!!

Focus on these next four....YOU’RE QUITTING !!!

Yeah, about that Lindor with RISP... continued disappointment

Indians record when they score first is something ridiculous like 73-18 (was on the broadcast the other night). They just don't come back well for some reason. I would think its' a natural biproduct- when the other team scores first, that means our starter wasn't sharp and we had to go to the bullpen early, thus why they don't come back often. Or maybe they do actually quit, possibly because they are softer than a bag of Aldi's peaches that was forgotten in the back of the fridge for 8 weeks until you notice a funky smell. One of those I guess.

Indians sent an email saying STH can buy tickets to a potential home playoff tiebreaker game to get into the Wild card game. Is there any chance that this can even happen

Team gets railroaded by injuries, still wins 95 games...doesn't make the playoffs.

Fuck this season.

The fucking White Sox are going to end our season, huh? Cruel stuff

Probably for the best. Alot of young pitchers who are already past their innings allotment. Sucks to piss away Carlos Santana's career year, but unless the Yankees make an earth-shattering offer for Lindor, should return just about the same team next year but a year wiser. I don't really trust Kluber- was getting smacked around like one of Jim Brown's wives before the fluke injury- but even if he is just solid he is a huge return. Club has to figure out the bullpen and an OF spot, possibly 2B, but I think they should at least continue to contend through next year. Far better ending than they looked like they were headed for after the first 2 months.

Can we just admit 2016 was our chance and it was blown?

Time for all the Tribe apologists to spin this.

If you think 93+ wins for a team that:
- Missed their 2x Cy Young ace for pretty much the whole season
- Traded their #2 starter
- Had their #3 starter get cancer
- Had their #4 starter miss two months
- Had their best player miss the first month
- Had their second best player in a terrible slump for two months and then miss pretty much all of September

...is bad, then that’s on you. We also lost our all star left fielder that we’ve had for almost a decade to free agency too. 93 wins almost every single season is a wild card birth, sucks that we could legitimately win 97 and still be left out.

I did as soon as we lost. The Indians aren’t the type of organization to sustain this high level of play by adding pieces when needing them. They tried and failed miserably with EE.
Trade the big guns while we can and hope we can put something together in 2022.
