Baker will be on his 4th HC in his 3rd season. A new playbook, new identity, new verbiage.

I have zero faith in management/ownership to find the right guy. Zero.

Inexcusable loss. Spare me the Seahawks are good BS. They had Seattle buried in the first half and they proceeded to fuck up, fuck up again, then fuck up some more.

This is a soft team. Physically and mentally. Combine that with a terrible coach and a turnover machine QB and you can scrap all the playoff plans.
 
Baker gets blamed for shit he doesn't deserve. Same for Freddie in some ways. But everyone has been bad enough to be 2-4. Team effort bad here, from top to bottom.

When a boatload of talent doesn't help, that means its coaching.

Yeah, I'd say about half are on Baker and the other half are on the receivers. It's unreal how unlucky some of these picks have been.

I can think of four this year off the top of my head.
 
Refs aren’t even trying to hide it at this point.
 
Browns got to find the right coach after this season. Otherwise, we'll just continue to disappoint. Coaching matters, a lot, in the NFL.
