2019 Cleveland Browns Regular Season

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why is no one talking about the proposed Bitonio for Peters trade

I’m glad we declined it

There is a serious lacking in starting quality offensive linemen all over the league. The past few drafts saw some projects drafted high who busted, Corbett being one of them.

The Ravens just play consistent as fuck.

we need to learn to do the same. This was a game we REALLY needed them to drop against the Hawks and of course, they delivered on the road.

How do you explain their game against the Browns?

Personally I’m not all that impressed with any of their wins. The Seahawks are extremely overrated.

Yeah candidly the people claiming the browns schedule eases up and the Ravens are trash, that take took almost a death blow today

our playoff odds after today have to be less than 10%. We are a massive long shot to make the playoffs

This may be true (and I do agree with you)...they've beaten one competent team (Seattle), and I'd argue that team lost the game more than Baltimore won it...

But, it doesn't matter. Winning is what matters, and Baltimore is winning. They are 3 games up right now. That is going to be incredibly difficult to make up given how they've played and how we've played til this point.

I agree with @The Wizard of Moz . Today's events damn near put a dagger in our playoff hopes.

I think they’re very beatable. And talent-wise? I think they’re probably like the 17th best team on paper. But you’re seeing what good coaching and scheming to players’ strengths gets you.

A lot of times, the NFL doesn’t seem to make sense when supposed “bad” teams end up winning when their roster has holes on paper. But it’s because good coaching can cover up holes and planning/scheme can beat talent the majority of the time... yet it still seems to catch everyone by surprise each year.

This ain’t the NBA where talent almost always prevails.

Today's game shouldn't change anything. The Division and the Wild Card are both still right there. They are not slipping away. Even with a loss against NE.

Wild card? Bro you’re dreaming

today changes a lot. In no way was the Ravens winning in Seattle being accounted for on this board. It was a penciled loss

we’re 2.5 games back. We are immense long shots

Browns will now probably need to win eleven games to make the playoffs. Yikes.

You need to look at the Wild Card standings. BUF, HOU, OAK, TEN, and JAX are the only teams ahead of us. We play BUF so we can own that tie breaker. If we sweep CIN and PIT we will own the tie breaker over the other teams by having a better record in the conference.
