I didn't really look at it that way. I saw it more as a young guy who wants to do more for his team. Unless his teammates come out against what he said I think he'll be alright.
But if that's how he feels, he should talk to his coach, right? Don't take it to the media and create unnecessary drama. That should be common sense.
Lebron hilariously subtweeting Harden in his post-game comments, complaint disguised as praise:
"James is probably one of the best offensive players that we've ever seen in this league," the Lakers star said. "I mean, he had 20 free throw attempts and we're trying to not put him to the free throw line. One of our game plans is to not put him to the free throw line and we're trying to not put him to the free throw line, and the guy is just so clever that he was still able to get 20 free throw attempts."
So clever! Dude scores 21 points on 2 - 11 shooting, and that's not unusual. It's a fucking problem when that happens game after game. It makes success at actually making baskets meaningless compared to working the refs, when you can be the worst shooter from the floor in a game but still the most efficient scorer.

Or players could just stop fouling him. It's not like he's easy to guard either. He has handles, size, speed, athleticism, shooting, great footwork, and great vision.

Dude, he got phantom whistles last night. What are you talking about. No one is fouling him.
I'm tired of watching how defenders are so careful to where their limbs are when they defend him, and he gets the whistle regardless. Last night was just absurd.

Bothers me that guys still reach in on him. Like almost no one can get a steal on him. His handle is among the best ever, AND he protects the ball better than anyone.
Conversely nothing gets me as much as him clamping his armpit one someones arm.

no one really reaches. You can't have you arms up 100% straight up at all times, even if it's in a slight angle, he will find a way to make it seem like a reach.
And it's not just about what he does to fish for fouls, even the refs just call bs fouls in his favor even if he doesn't mean to. Just really soft whistle.

I'm with you on the soft foul whistle, but people do still reach and I cannot figure out why. I would pull a guy going for a steal on Harden.
