Do Not Sell My Personal Information
But yea Garland needs to: 1) Figure out that if the big isn't open on his drive it doesn't mean he has to shoot. He's not a good finisher and needs to compensate and 2) take more jumpers.

Bottom line is I don't know many teams undersized at 1-3 who have ever been good.

Maybe Okoro moves to bench, maybe Garland does. Idk.

I just don't think we can start those 3 in the long run.
Reasonable take.

Sexton is a three level scorer, but isn’t a natural distributor and is best when tasked with defending 1’s.

Garland is a natural distributor and projects as a good scorer from deep. But struggles around the rim and also should be tasked with defending 1’s.

Okoro is a nonfactor as a scorer unless in transition or off spotups. Appears to be a shutdown defender of guards but not forwards.

its a mess and someone is bench bound or will be shipped out at some point.

Need Garland to be more assertive. If he's not scoring, there isn't enough from the rest of the team. No one is going to let Sexton go off again until they have someone else to worry about.

On defense, they really miss Nance. His rebounding if nothing else. They could even throw him on LeBron for a while, but that wouldn't matter. He does this against everyone whenever he feels like it.

We can hang with the big boys!!

If he does that it would also open up the driving lane.
I agree. He still hasn’t played a full 82 yet. I’m hoping he see his spots on film and start taking advantage of it.
