Literally what the fuck else do people use blue cheese for except salad or wings? Those are literally the only two applications for it. I guess maybe a buffalo chicken wrap? But that's basically wings plus a salad in a tortilla.

If you haven't encrusted red meat with bacon and crumbled blue cheese, get on that.

I always get blue cheese with my wings, at least if the place makes their own.
