The season is finally over. Very hard to go through. Not too many high points. So what's your bottom line on some of the people on the roster?

Most Encouraging Development: Darius Garland really took a jump from year 1 to year 2. A legitimate NBA point guard. Needs to develop a more consistent shot. But that shouldn't be hard for him.

Most Surprising Development: Okoro's late season offensive development. He can do the job defensively.

Guys that I think have a future here: Dean Wade and Issiah Hartenstein. Wade won't be a star, but knows what to do. TBH, I had never heard of Hartenstein. But now, I like to watch him play.

Goodbye: Cedi, Delly, Love (looks like a buy-out.), Koby.

MVP - Collin Sexton

Most Improved Player - Darius Garland

Defensive Player of the Year - Larry Nance

Most Exciting Moment -

Favorite Play -

6th Man on the Team - Larry Nance

Surprising Player - Lamar Stevens

Team(s) Looking Forward To Playing Next Season - Brooklyn and Atlanta

I wish I could believe Love was on his way out but I just don't believe it's gonna happen this year.

Most disappointing player: Nance. Just...can't stay healthy. I think he's good when he plays, but he doesn't play enough.

Most Disappointing Player - Cedi

I never seen a player do stupid shit in my life. This team would claw it's way back and right on cue he fucks up...real badly

I agree Love is not going anywhere.

But, I am hoping various Free Agency things work out over the next few years that either makes Love's contract valuable in 2023, and/or it gives the Cavs a lot of cap space in a year when the desirable markets aren't spending.

Most disappointing player - Andre Drummond. Sub .500 shooter from near the rim.

Most disappointing player who never played - KPJ. Sad!

Most disappointing new arrival - Damyean Dotson. A totally forgettable season.

M*A*S*H - Love and Nance.

Done - Delly. He shoots about as well as Barkley swings a golf club.

Coach of the Year - @Comeback kid.

Wait, he was actually on the team? - Thon Maker.

Most regressed player - Cedi.

Best new arrival - Jarrett Allen.

Stepped Up - Dean Wade.

Rookie of the year, healthiest player, best defensive player, strong finisher award - Isaac Okoro. I’m really high on this kid.

Most improved player - Darius Garland.

MVP - Collin Sexton.

Agreed with most of this list.

I don't think Koby gets the boot. And we might just be stuck with Love for one more season, unless HE decides to take a bow, Lamarcus Aldridge style.

Okoro was definitely a surprise. Imagine him with spacing. Hell, imagine Sexland with spacing.

Wade and Hartenstein are two guys I just want to be on the Cavs roster until they are washed. They do well for the roles they play.

Next season I want to see Sexton go beyond 5 assists a game for season average. He almost got to 5 this season which was pretty good for a guy that was billed as a "bucket magnet".

Windler was the disappointment. He finally gets to play and at some points it looked pretty good, esp. on defense. Then it all went to shit, and then he got injured.

Most Disappointing Player - Cedi

Amazing how he could single-handedly take the team out of games. He lost us a handful of games all by himself. Never saw a player do that with such frequency.

Most Encouraging Development: Darius Garland

Guys that I think have a future here: Dean Wade

Goodbye: Cedi, Dotson, Varejao, Martin

Look to move if possible: Love, Nance, Windler, Prince

Guys to bring back and compete for roster spots during training camp: Stevens, Kabengele, Thomas

MVP: Sexton
Most improved,: Garland
Best Addition: Allen, a nod to Hartenstein
ROY: Okoro
Best Veteran: Nance, a nod to McGee..

Worst Veterans: Osman, Love
Disapointments: Windler, Drummond
Fan faves: Delly, Andy

Low cost players likely to find minutes next year: Kanongele, Wade, Stevens. Maybe Prince.

So long and thanks for all the fish: Dotson, Thomas, Martin, Osman, Delly Andy..

So that means we clear 5 roster spots, and perhaps 6 if we buy out Love..

We are currently sporting the one pick (Statistically seventh is twicevas likely as any one other slot, at around 20%, but pretty much 10% for each of the preceding picks..

So we might expect a few more g leaguers to show up in camp, and possibly in trades. I wouldn't hate keeping Delly as a player coach, or even Andy..

I do not see replacing JBB.. I think he spent this year installing his defense and did a good job keeping player buy in.. I would look for more complexity on the offensive side next year.

I expect okoro to make a jump, but he needs to achieve mid 30's% from three to really move the needle. He also has to rebound a lot better to play 3.. I also think Kabongele has the most upside of any player we have. He looks like Ben Wallace with a three point shot to me.. Next to Allen and Hartenstein he can do some serious damage on both ends. I also think Stevens could follow a path similar to Wade..He had a nice year, and relative to his draft position, overachieved...

Like I said at this time last year. Everyone on the team is a sunk cost. Draft for talent and not fit with this roster. Maybe, just maybe Love will be tradable in the off-season. 2 years isn’t that bad of an asset or contract. Ok it’s unlikely, but Fat Kemp was traded so we can dream.

Fingers crossed for lotto luck in June. Oh and can we please get a real coach?
