I think it’s more of the pressure with Lebron James and all you do is sit down in the corner waiting to shoot 3s. There’s more to these players where they can generate more ball movement to the players in right positions. I’m really excited for Lauri. I don’t want to just utilize him in the corner or waiting at the top. He’s also a great cutter so I would like to see Rubio/Mobley being able to pass to him back door to get him going.I hope Lauri becomes the three-point threat for us. Everytime,we trade for someone that's suppose to be a three-point threat, they act like they never made a three-pointer in their life.
*cough* George Hill *cough*

Kyle Korver couldn't handle the pressure. Some guys have it, some don't. Korver is an excellent shooter, but he had a history of choking in big games.I always remember Kyle Korver who was brought in ENTIRELY to hit crucial 3 point shots against Golden State in the Finals, and shot 33% in the 2017 Finals missing a key 3 pointer at the end of game 3, then like 10% in the 2018 Finals.
I'll never forget the clankfest of Antawn Jamison's first game.
Or Wally sczerbiack ah good memoriesI'll never forget the clankfest of Antawn Jamison's first game.
The list goes on... Donyell Marshall and Damon Jones were both brought in almost exclusively to hit spot-up threes. It worked until it didn't.Or Wally sczerbiack ah good memories
We’ll always have Damon Jones’s dagger 3 in the 06 playoffs to beat the Wizards though. The list goes on... Donyell Marshall and Damon Jones were both brought in almost exclusively to hit spot-up threes. It worked until it didn't.
Hell, one of my favorite Cavs ever -- Channing Frye -- was that kind of move. I always thought there was more to unlock in Frye's game but he didn't come to us at the tender age of 24.
I have high hopes for Lauri. I've bought in. I like the move now. lol
Too bad we didn't keep Danny Green around.
And Joe Harris. Could have cut Sasha Kaun instead
