Kevin Pangos. “скатертью дорога”

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just gotta love when the Purple & Pink names engage in some erectile dysfunction conversation in a Pangos thread.

Does he still leave a guaranteed contract on our books? Could come into play considering how close we are to the tax line.

Luxury tax comes from contracts owned by the Cavs at the end of the regular season or waived during the season.

Luxury tax is only counted for the amount paid by an NBA team during the season, not any amount paid by the league. Since he was on a 2nd year min salary contract, the NBA does not pay any portion of his salary. (NBA pays a portion of the contract on min salary contracts > 2nd year min salary contracts and that NBA portion does not count twards the luxury tax)

If he leaves the team now, he stops geting paid. He would have been played 54 out of 82 games + 5 preseason games, or 68% of the season.

So I estimate that he'll cost about 1.13Mil against the luxury tax at the end of the regular season unless the Cavs trade his contract.

Hopefully we can hold out for a protected first from CSKA, but I'll take a couple seconds in return.

Ask for a smoking hot biathlon woman in return, send her to Windler's place and that's the last we'll ever hear from him.

I heard a few podcasts gush over him recently. His game seems to have earned respect overseas.

Good for him. Got to give it a go in the NBA, didn't work out, but the opportunity was there. Good luck, now get the fuck off my roster. We have a trade exception to use.

I heard people saying he would be good in the NBA. They thought his shooting would translate and open up his dribble game, but he is just too damn small.

Day late and a dollar short for Pangos, because he would have been a contender:

He also just couldn't and wouldn't shoot at all, even when teams were begging him to. *Shrugs* it happens with these borderline NBA talents I guess.

He supposed to be a knock down shooter. It just doesn't look like it in the NBA. It seriously blows my mind how hard it is to judge who can and can't do it.

I mean you can watch like division 3 stars in college and it looks like they are NBA talents, and they couldn't sniff the Gleague. Level of competition is everything, except sometimes you get a guy like Jokic who comes in real slow and he cracks the code and kills it.
