Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Let levert do whatever he did at Indiana. If it means he'll have to ball hog, so be it, but why can't he score 40 here? Seems he was all iso in Indiana.
Because the paint is stacked, its the same issue Garland is having. The other team isnt scared of our corner shooters, most teams try to generate open corner 3's... we are given them

Doesn’t help when you don’t move the ball and whole offense is handoffs at the top of the key

The Raps went 16-37 from 3 today. Nick Nurse beat JBB around like a red headed stepchild from the first qtr on. I would do anything for a coach like Nick Nurse.
Yeah, it's tough to beat them when they shoot like that. Siakam, who came in shooting 35.5% on 3's was 6-for-7. Anunoby, who was playing in his first game after missing 15 games, was 4-for-8. Part of it was the Cavs' collapsing on defense to try to help their guys who were getting beat off the dribble and leaving uncontested 3-point shooters in the corner. It was embarassing how many uncontested corner 3's the Raptors got.

The Cavs miss Allen in the worst way. If they had him tonight this game would have been a lot closer. But the Raptors didn't have Gary Trent Jr who is averaging 18 ppg.

The Raptors are on a roll and without Allen the Cavs didn't have the horses. Next year with Allen and Sexton they will be a match for the Raptors, but not this year.

Siakam had 35 points as the Cavs had nobody who could contain him.

The Raptors went on a 15-0 run in the first quarter and won by 13.

These teams are going in opposite directions. Just have to hope Allen is back by the play-in.

LeVerts mins restriction lifted

24 mins.

Start the dude or trade him immediately this off-season. This is criminal.
I've stuck up for JBB before, but I said I would be pissed off if the minutes restriction was lifted and he still didn't play LeVert starter's minutes. And he didn't. (In basically a reg-season must-win game, no less.)

So I'm officially pissed off now.

Are we no longer horny for Cavs ?

I despise the Cavs’ “hand off” offense outside the three point line until there’s less than 10 seconds on the shot clock. And hate even more when Garland plays Curly Neal dribbling back and forth behind screens doing nothing with the ball!

I just dont understand why we keep markkanen on players like Grant and Siakam for so long when they are cooking him when we have Mobley who can probably do a better job and not get outmuscled by those types

No lies detected.

Outmuscled?

Siakam, Boucher and Anunoby were a combined 10-19 from the perimeter. I repeat. 10-19. That's what we lost to. We fucking cannot stop overhelping off shooters and losing guys when the other team moves the ball. The Raps had all the open shots they wanted. We cannot play modern NBA basketball and we cannot defend it either. This was a clinic and JBB got punked.

As for Mobley "not getting outmuscled" by these dudes? Are you kidding me bro? He's done nothing all season but gotten outmuscled by anyone who ventured into the paint. That's not his fault because his body is what it is, but let's face the facts – his defense is all about hunting for blocks right now. His footwork is suspect, he doesn't close out well and he doesn't take up space in the interior. He'll learn, but he can't hold down the middle yet.

No doubt. Shooting less than 35% from 3 and 43% from the field this month. Not good.
It's worse. Garland is at 28% from the perimeter in his last 10 games. And not on small volume either. He's hoisting 6 long balls per game. That, my friends, is what you call a disaster.

If Cedi was bricking at that pace, he'd be out of the rotation. Garland has to play, of course, but we still need to recognize that the guy is in a godawful slump.
