Big inning for Pilkington.

He had to work hard thru 23 pitches last inning.
 
Nice at bat by Benintendi....served a pitch the opposite way to beat the shift.
 
Feels like we are kicking ass but it's only 2-0.
 
Pilkington is choosing to challenge not nibble when it counts.. Good strategy against the Royals... Other teams??
 
Big inning for Pilk. Third time through the order and he's got to face the top of the order. Good start as he gets Merrifield out.
 
Not bad for Konnor, but he certainly needs to be more efficient. Step in the right direction for sure.

I think Benintendi gets a hit to left field on every fastball he sees on the outside corner.
