Top Gun was really cool until all of the BS after the mission.

Completely lost me.

Watched Hustle with Adam Sandler on Netflix.

A basketball movie about a 22 y/o 6'9 construction worker who gets found playing streetball in Spain by Adam Sandler who was a scout at the time. This guy had no professional basketball experience but was somehow so talented that Adam Sandler just couldn't resist bringing him in to USA, no matter what.

That guy happens to be Juancho Hernangomez. A fucking phenom.

Honestly, enjoyed that movie. Love me some Adam Sandler in drama roles and Juancho was lovely. A lot of NBA faces on this one. 7/10 would recommend.

Hustle was legit good. Kept my attention throughout which is pretty rare for a movie to do these days.

Expected like a 4-5/10 but I’d honestly give it an 8-8.5/10

Loved hustle until I didn't.

he fucked up and is done.

Just kidding the gm is fired and he's in.

Ben Foster was one dimensional and not hateable enough a villain and no payoff in his defeat, Kermit was not actually beat by bo. No payoff anywhere, character arc, actually accomplishing a goal. Was just gifted

Lazy writing

Top Gun 2 was great until it turned into a buddy cop action comedy with the "Let's steal an ancient F14 and fly it back to the ship while cracking jokes on the way" part. That was reeeeeediculous.

I really liked the very end of Hustle, when it was made clear whose dream the movie was really about.

Loved when he came back after hugging Cruz, and then tells one of his own players what Cruz tendencies are and how to defend him. He was finally getting to be a real NBA coach, and wasn't going to half-ass it..

Decided to re-watch Beavis and Butt-Head Do America in preparation of the new film coming out in a couple weeks. No one will ever convince me that this movie isn't a goddamn masterpiece.

Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe - 10/10

Movie was exactly what it needed to be. Fire up a bowl and throw this on and you won't be disappointed. Outside of the 2022 setting and the much improved animation quality, this could have come out right after Do America. Mike Judge doesn't skip a beat.

Loved it as well. The stupid I needed after a long day yesterday. The college scene had me rolling.

“I’m a deer” was probably the biggest laugh for me, but yeah the white privilege scene was amazing.

I just watched Coda and Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and thought both were really good

Elvis was trash

It was so bad I'm reconsidering whether or not I liked Romeo and Juliet which was an absolute favorite for me
