2022 MLB Postseason Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Bader out, it's all up to Aaron "1 for 15" Judge

Dusty Baker has OJ Simpson style gloves on like he was going to no accept no other outcome tonight.. and make sure of it

The Guards would've had a better showing. I'll state that.

Guardians get a ton of credit on the sweep, they made NY deploy all their troops like they were never going to play again. Cortes makes his first appearance in game 4 and has discomfort and leaves early. Thanks to Cleveland. Houston goes against Tallion/Schmidt in game one to take all the momentum, credit Guards there too. The rainouts lowkey robbed us of a better ALCS. Hopefully this team takes their play into next season and earns a first round bye.

The cheating scandal caused Houstom to change things. If they didn't get caught then the FO wouldn't have changed. The FO before did a great job of getting the organization together and all they had to do is keep it going.

Another factor for New York... The older Steinbrenner, would have gone into the tax cap to win while the younger one, doesn't like to do that...

Let's see how Houston looks in 24/25 when most of their big guns or old/FAs...

Obviously Judge is getting a massive contract but this postseason was dreadful for him.

I posted this before but suddenly feels a little more relevant.

Phillies or Philly team won the World Series in 1929, 1930, 1980, and 2008.

All of those were great economic years for sure. So the economists are rooting for Houston, lol.

Great to see waves of Yankee fans already fleeing the stadium in the 7th inning.
