Question I could probably look up but will ask you guys. Is Moore a blazer/fast? Just making sure he fits that need/profile that we're missing in the room since Schwartz seems pretty much hopeless at this point to rely on.
Fast slot guy. Think young Lockett

I’m all the way in on Elijah Moore

I am too given his salary.

If the Browns acquire someone like Cooks or Hopkins or Sutton, that would mean it's a near certainty that one of Cooper or Peoples-Jones would be off the team after 2023.

Not the case with Moore. He's signed for peanuts for 2023 *and* 2024. And if they wanted to extend him after 2023, they could do so in a way where his 2024 cap hit would be minimal.

If the Jets sign Lazard and Cobb to go with Wilson, then I will start to daydream about Moore in this offense. Until then, I want to avoid getting my hopes up.
Moore would be awesome. Loved him coming out of college. Trying to contain my hopes.

I still don't think it's possible the asking price for Elijah Moore is anything less than a second round pick.

I don't think he gets moved for anything less than a third round pick.

I probably am shying away when it comes to dealing #42 for him. #98? I'd probably pull the trigger--but I'm not sure we'd be the highest bidder.

Elijah Moore is a very good receiver capable of playing any position. Yes--he can even play X because of how quickly he's able to separate against press coverage. Those types of players don't come available often, and don't come cheap often.

But if he is available, I'd take him over any other receiving option that has been discussed--Nuk included.

Welcome to the Elijah Moore fanclub, folks.

Get off your hands, Berry!!!

And Braxton Berrios ?

My wild prediction is that a second rounder is too high. Moore has played in the NFL two years and has not showed that he is a full time WR2. He's a fun weapon due to his shiftiness, but he might max out as a slot receiver who compiles yards after the catch and motion sweep weapon. I'm not against the Browns acquiring Moore, but his production hasn't raised his original draft day value yet.

Yeah hard to see them getting a two for him after last year. I know it wasn’t entirely his fault because the QB situation in NY was gross, but he did fuck and all last season.
