Game 41 | Cleveland @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

I feel bad for Lebron. The guy did everything to bring us back and his teammates choked.

Screw that. I love the man, but he did NOT do everything to help us win the game. He did everything to make up for his sluggish performance in the first 3 1/2 quarters. It's just karma. It went from 'turning it on' in the 4th quarter, to 'turning it on' as close to the end of the game as possible. They need to stop being so lazy.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

I actually just heard someone say that we should have kept Sasha over Parker. Don't get me wrong AP and Z really fucked up on their FTs, and I really thought Parker's D was ok on the last shot (didn't want to foul Gaines for 3 shots and at least got a hand 'around' his face). In all honesty, who saw them passing the ball to Gaines for a game winner? He clearly was flustered earlier in the 4th so it was almost a given that he wouldn't be able to pull that kind of shot off. Criticizing the front office for Parker over Sasha??

Simply put, Tomfoolery.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

This one is squarely on Mike Brown's shoulders in my mind. He basically took the ball out of LeBron's hands at the end of the game. I'd have rather seen the Cavs lose it with LBJ missing FT's down the stretch.

At least then you lost it with your best player(the best player in the world - who also was on FIRE) with the ball in his hands - not AP and Z.

Plus, Brown had a lineup of LBJ, AP, Z, Jawad, and AV on the floor down the stretch. Huh?!?! Makes no sense. Cavs couldn't inbound the ball with that lineup on the floor, or play defense for that matter.

Sorry, Mike Brown fans but the guy again showed us just how bad of a coach he is when it comes to late game situations.

No reason you don't put the ball in LBJ's hands, I'm pretty sure he earned that right. Having him inbound was a waste. Parker or Jawad could have inbounded and both have the size and intelligence to do that. LeBron is the best athlete on the planet...wasting him as an inbounder is just plain DUMB.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

At this stage of his career Parker should only be playing 10-12 minutes a night.

I feel bad for LeBron too but honestly he only played hard the last 4 minutes of the game.

Exactly. It makes me sick. Sure it is awesome to see what he did at the end of the game, but at the same time, where the fuck was this effort and "will to win" for the first 44 minutes. All he talks about is will to win and defense, and it is just all talk with him. Nobody coasts more than he does. If he came out and played hard from the very beginning, he could have rested the last 8 minutes of the game because we would have been up 20 points.

Screamed in sorrow?

Hell nah! That shot was siiiiiick. Lebron was clutch but SUNDIATA WHOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

And yea, best moment of his life. By far.

no one gives a flying fuck your happy. get out of here.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

That's why LeBron should have had the ball in his hands instead of passing it in. He had the hot hand, nobody else could hit crap, and we trust 2 of the worst shooters tonight with the game on the line. We lost. Learn MB, learn.

He will never learn. When will people realize this. He is what he is, a video coordinator who knew people so he got the gig. FOR CRYIN OUT LOUD HE GOT THE GIG :bigcry:.......oh, sorry.

I hope Sundiana knows he literally ruined my weekend. I'm going to be an insufferable asshole to anyone I speak to in the next 48 hours and if we lose to the Clippers I might defecate in somebody's shoe and bring a gun to work.

what pisses me off the most if Mo williams, while getting absolutely punked by a nobody is smilling, laughing and joking around on the way to the locker room.

he has a losers mentality it seems.

Hahaha oh fuck I don't think I could have put that any differently. My sentiments exactly. And I mean, EXACTLY.

The worst was seeing Boozer's ugly acne-infested P.O.S. face smiling and all happy after Gaines made that shot. Fucking cocksucking motherfucker. I wish he gets hit by a bus or something.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

I want to see the right response from the head brass here.

I can finally handle this type of loss (go figure), but if they aren't concerned and blow it off, they are literally and figuratively shooting themselves in the foot. They earned the loss, now step it up.

I guess you missed when MO started smiling after utah made the gamewinning shot

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

By the way, Mo Williams should know better than to foul out. He knows we need him for icing leads.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

Who didn't see that coming though? Up 6 with 36 seconds should have been a guaranteed win, but stupid fouls and idiots missing their free throws killed us. That's the point when you put your best freethrow shooters in. They are definitely going to foul and as long as you can keep making the shots, it doesn't matter if they make theirs.

And I've finally had it with Parker. Delonte for starting sg and Jawad for backup.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

why the fuck was Lebron not shooting those FT's.

God damn I'm so pissed right now. After Parker went 1-2 on his first time to the lien I was shocked he ended up getting the ball again after that. Couldn't we have brought in West to throw the ball to Lebron instead?

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

How about this? Jerry Sloan had 32 seconds to cut 6 points down. He gets 2 threes out of it, free throws, gets Mo taken out, wisely doesn't call timeout when they inbound the ball from the other side and just run up to their hoop within 5 or less seconds. Good management of time. And pulls off the unthinkable.

Looks like Jerry wins the battle. Maybe Mike Browns thinks about end of game situations a little better next time.

This is something the Cavs will need to work on. That's why the home stretch will really help without all the road games. You'll see a real championship team then... one that isn't terrible offensively.

Re: Game 41 | Turnovers @ Utah | January 14, 2010 | 10:30 EST

I'm staring blankly at the screen for the last 20 minutes or so.

This is unreal... Biggest choke-work since Nick Anderson.

Thanks you no-name D-Leaguer for ruining the next 2-3 days of my life.
