Game 80 | Cavaliers vs. Pacers | April 9th, 2010 | 7:30 PM (EST)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So it's AP fault that he missed a shot where he receives the ball at a bad position and with 1 second on the clock? Really?

There was a murder outside the Q before the game over a parking spot. :(

I hate losing, especially where we don't play any defense.....MB must be sick

I was looking forward to not having to watch Parker play in these games. Where the hell is Danny Green?
Parker needs as much as rest as guys like Mo frankly since he's 34. Surprised he's not getting some games off

Don't worry, I'm sure our D will sponteneously turn into full 48-minute lockdown mode. I say we keep fucking around and turn it on in every game 7.

No, you aren't understanding it either.

If Bassy either can't get through the screen or doesn't go under, there's a lane to the rim. If Parker leaves Granger, you leave their best player in the game wide open at the rim. So, Moon rotates from the corner and Bassy sprints to the corner to contest any kickout. That's Mike Brown;s defense when bigs aren't in the paint because of shooters.
Dude Granger did not have a lane to the rim: watch the replay Bassy cut him off. You could argue that you don't want the ball to go back to Granger as he could shoot OVER Bassy but he did not have a layup at all. What you can't do is simply let the dribbler go free w/o slowing him down at all: no rotating player from the perimeter is going to be able to get to him and if you did have the rotating player there the 3 ball in the corner would have been wide open

I'm guessing Parker has a goal of playing all 82.

Because otherwise, it's retarded to be playing him right now.

No apparent injuries, so a great game overall. Except for the defense part.

Delonte losing his cool. :thumbdown

All hail Telfair for playing hard enough to take 30 minutes from some of the other rotation players.

I wish they had won, but I'm glad the game didn't go another 5 minutes or more.

I'm surprised at how great the games have been to watch without Lebron. These were two of the most entertaining games of the season for me.
