Some of the garbage in this thread does warrant a response like this. I could understand if this was a closeout game and the season was officially over. I'm not proclaiming or guaranteeing a comeback in this series, but my God, give it a chance. You're looking at a Celtics team that actually had more wins on the road than at home this year. I'm not going to give up on the team because of this game.

The effort was pathetic tonight and the team deserved every boo they got. But to say shit like "welp, always next year," or "good, I hope LeBron leaves" when Boston takes a 3-2 lead is fucking pathetic. No one is asking you to applaud this game... in fact, critique it. Tear it to hell, but to give up on the series is faithlessness. At least wait until the final second ticks off in a closeout game to become such gigantic pussies.

Who cares....we have so many hated figures that have left or screwed this city it will just feel like more of the same.
 
Has Lebron sprinted once during the game? Even on a fastbreak I saw him jogging up from behind.
 
Where is Delonte? IF he didn't have 'an episode' or injury, then Mike Brown is a damn idiot.

In all honesty he probably will win a title with New York and Cleveland will never win a championship in any sport during my lifetime. FML.

If LeBron gives another effort like this and then leaves, I'll personally make sure he doesn't play for another team.
