It's only 1 meal a day and according to all the people on this forum you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight.
I'm 6'3 267 lbs.
This video got me motivated to get good at basketball again: I try to eat 3 times a day, smaller portions.
That meal can't be more than 900 calories, why am I not losing weight?I'm thinking of working out, going in the sauna, going for a swim (after 15 min of elliptical cardio - starting slow) then maybe having another work out.
