The alcohol thing is tricky cause I’ve never been much of a beer/wine drinker— more so spirits and usually mix them with a non sugary soda…(man I used to say Pop when I lived in Cleveland)
Now granted I felt so much better when I eliminated it- but that was from more of a brain/organ/gut function I suppose— but from a cutting perspective I never saw a change (or noticeable one)…. Just felt way better…
I could drink any bourbon or even mix some basic Jack & diet, Makers & diet, or rail & diet— have a couple of those a night, pass out, and continue my diet and not miss a beat…
I’d assume for the alcohol content with the calories & carbs it would certainly compromise the goals…
