1st Round Playoff Schedule Announced

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Pretty pissed that the NFL Draft falls on the same night as the Cavs game. I was looking forward to watching the first round. Oh well.

The only thing I'm worried about is Rose running circles around Mo...

We found the defense against Rose. We double team him with a big and it seems he can not adjust and just passes it to someone and their entire offense crumbles.

The key is limiting everyone else, not stopping Rose. Let him have his points, but don't let the other role players go crazy. The Bulls don't have enough weapons offensively to hang enough points on the Cavs over the course of a seven game series, and it will be the reason why they lose. If they win a game or two it will be because the Cavs either have a bunch of turnovers, or a player like Deng, Heinrich, or Miller have an unexpected scoring night.

u see what happened to rose last time he attacked the basket with howard in the paint?

think that, but times a 100

How the heck am I supposed to concentrate Thursday night when the Cavs play at 7:00 PM April 22nd, which is the same night the 1st round of the 2010 NFL Draft is going on at 7:30?
DVR the draft..I'll be peaking at it..but I don't like the new slotting to Thursday/Friday for the draft..

Think the first game is going to be tough, kids. Their motors are running and ours... not so much.

I'm not sure I agree with that.

Sure, momentum is a big thing in sports. But so is wear and tear, and lack of rest.

I have a hard time believing that we won't be itching to demolish some Bull ass from the first tipoff.

does anyone watch FsOhio during the playoffs?

I do when they are actually on. I just can't stand the national commentators. If it is on national TV I will put Joe Tait on the Radio and sync the DVR to the radio.

Here, in Cleveland? I didn't know they still had a team! :chuckles:

Major League quote. Solid as heck.

It sort of blows, the student radio station here at Penn State goes to the draft and we hve to cover it so I can't even watch the Cavaliers. Unless I buy slinbox for my iPhone. Hmm...

I don't understand all the worrying about resting starters! Go ask the Colts and Saints how that worked out.

I honestly think there's a good chance this series goes to 6 games. Call me crazy, but LeBron and Shaq are going to be completely out of rhythm, Mo and Antawn will have to readjust to playing as the 2nd/3rd options instead of 1st/2nd, and after the Cavs sleepwalked through the Pistons last year they might underestimate the Bulls. I've been watching them recently since they're the 8th seed, and I've learned 2 things. First, Derrick Rose is a freaking beast. And 2nd, Joakim Noah is like Anderson Varejao on crack, which makes him very annoying. I think the Cavs lose Game 1, barely win Game 2, lose Game 3, win Game 4, and then win the next two.

What? There is NO WAY LeBron would let us lose to the Bulls at home.
This is the Playoffs, not regular season, the intensity will be much higher and we're that much better than the Bulls.

Cavs in 4, or if something happens on game 3 or 4, cavs in 5. Not more than that, and i don't think it will be that close.

I still say the Mavs could beat the Lakers in the conference finals, but mainly if Bynum isn't healthy. It will be interesting to see what Westbrook does in the first round against the Lakers because they've had issues stopping good point guards.

I think the Jazz/Nuggets matchup might be the most interesting because the Jazz had injuries at the end of the season and the Nuggets are dealing with the uncertainty of not having George Karl there. I'm also curious to see what Wade can do against the Celtics.

Bynum is a baby though, Kendrick Perkins >>>> Andrew Bynum. I wouldn't mind seeing Spurs Cavs Finals Part 2. Master vs. Pupil (Pop vs. Brown). That would be awesome. I just don't know if the Spurs have it in the tank, but with Tony Parker back that makes the Spurs a completely different animal.
