supposed to be July 11th? ^

Milwaukee and Philly games should be cool though. Get to see all top three picks in action hopefully.

Really hope we can see a Bennett Embiid frontcourt go to work.

In fact a

Delly
Karasev
Felix
Bennett
Embiid

Lineup would be very fun to watch.

Especially if David Blatt is coaching them...talk about boner material.

Head coaches usually don't coach during the summer league. The lead assistant does.

Sometimes a new coach will to start implementing his system directly. For example, I think Kerr is coaching the Warriors.

Kerr is coaching the Warriors summer league. It's a good idea for new coaches to take charge of the summer league in Year One of implementing the system.

Not when you're a first time head coach. Summer league is the perfect pressure free situation to instill your team's system.

That's why I said usually. Jason Kidd didn't coach his summer team last year.

Karasev, Embiid, Bennett 2.0, Felix, Scotty Hopson and possibly David Blatt? Summer League just got very interesting..

Jason Kidd was coaching a team full of NBA veterans. There wasn't significant contributing pieces playing in summer league like we have.

Delle, Waiters, Wiggins, Bennett, Zeller.... Felix/Karasev off the bench.... With Blatt installing his principles... That Summer League team will be amazing..

Waiters and Zeller won't be in the summer league.

Waiters and Zeller won't be in the summer league.

Third year players are eligible and if Blatt is coaching it, I could see Dion and Zeller playing limited minutes to get familiar with the system.

Doubt Waiters or Zeller plays, established 3rd year guys usually don't.

That said, Delly, Karasev, Wiggins, Bennett, whoever should be exciting.
