Agree with the rest of your point but I'm not sure Jimmy Buckets is better than Isaiah.
What???

They did a few years back and no one wanted to admit it.Never doubt the Clippers' ability blow double digit leads in the second half.
Break this team up in the summer. They've run their course.
To each his own. In fact, if Boston gets Fultz or Ball, I would re-engage Chicago/Indiana about a Butler/George trade, this time with Isaiah on the table.Agree with the rest of your point but I'm not sure Jimmy Buckets is better than Isaiah.
What's in it for Chicago/Indiana?To each his own. In fact, if Boston gets Fultz or Ball, I would re-engage Chicago/Indiana about a Butler/George trade, this time with Isaiah on the table.
Good question, especially since IT is a free agent in a year. Maybe more confidence they could re-sign IT?What's in it for Chicago/Indiana?

I'm sure Boston could call and offer IT + the 2018 Nets pick. Would the Bulls/Pacers do that? Idk. But nevertheless, you're probably right. But we do agree, if the Celtics get Fultz/Ball they definitely should trade IT.Eh...Paying IT. 30+mil a year for 5 years doesn't make any sense if you're trading AWAY Paul George or Jimmy Butler. Jimmy and Paul are better players. If you're trading them, you're tearing it down and starting over, you don't want IT, you want assets.
If Boston gets Fultz or Ball, they aren't going to be able to get George or Butler without including them. It will be the same as the Love trade, in terms of requirements. The 2018 Brooklyn pick isn't good enough, because Brooklyn's gonna spend a bunch of money to try and be mediocre next year, because why not?
If Boston can get Fultz or Ball, they should, and then they should trade Isiah for the best package they can get and just build around their current young core+Fultz or Ball. not gonna get a guy like Butler or George, but they can definitely get some really nice assets/young guys for Isiah.
A Portland/Golden State first round series might be fun.
Out of the potential 8 seeds, especially after the Nurkic trade, the Blazers will pose the hardest matchup for GSW. I still don't know if it goes more than five games, but a few of those could be close.A Portland/Golden State first round series might be fun.
really? did you enjoy it last year?
