2017 3rd annual RCF celebrity death poolwho

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Steve Albini a great producer/musician, a major contributor to the "underground" music scene has died at 61... He definitely was an influence on my musical pursuits and was involved with quite a few artists/albums I cherish... RIP.

Morgan spurlock, cancer
Very interesting career, One of the best documentaries of all time in Super Size me, later outed himself as a person who did sexual harassments later in life for the me too movement .

Sorry to see him go though

FWIW - Morgan Spurlock's Supersize Me and Supersize Me 2 - are free to watch on YouTube (for now).

RIP but SuperSize Me was an absolute crock of shit and only reinforces dumb shit people think about dieting and weight loss, and obfuscates what really matters.

Check out Fat Head, I haven't watched it in 15 years and I'm sure it has its problems, but there's a guy who ate McDonalds for a month and his health improved! Because he also exercised and ate a normal amoutn of calories. As opposed to Spurlock, who had to have been consuming 5000 calories a day to gain the weight he did. Or maybe he was only eating 3000 calories a day and drinking the other 2000 - because he was also a functioning alcoholic! Yet implied that McDonalds caused his liver problems!

At least that's my recollection

Wasn’t Spurlock a raging alcoholic and his liver issues were from that and not the McDonald’s?

The odds were finally not in his favor.

Remember him as a kid from the Body Snatchers movie.

Kinky Friedman, songwriter, author, politician, Texas icon died the other day. Best known as the leader of the Texas Jewboys band, his most enduring song may be "They Ain't Making Jews Like Jesus Anymore."

Martin Mull represented Cleveland well in his celebrity. Fernwood Tonight was way ahead of it's time.
