2017 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He was polished.

Hooker is just an unpolished Ed Reed with less tackling ability.
I think the tackling ability thing is a matter of learning pursuit angles, which will come.

The year before last, he was an absolute menace as a special teams tackler for Ohio State.

If Mitch is the pick at 1, Haslam got his way. If it's Myles, he's learned you let your FOOTBALL people make the decisions.

So he's Taylor Mays.

I don't see him with her athleticism...but both have great ball skills.

I've had it on good authority that Haslam has seen the error of his ways getting involved in personnel. The Johnny experience and the reaction to it soured him, rightly, and Sashi with his scouts have the autonomy they deserve. The twitter-verse likes the narrative of a mettling owner, so the story comes out for speculation and attention.

Garrett + Adams, Hooker, or Howard and I'd be thrilled. I'd be OK with Trubisky at 12. Wouldn't be too excited about giving up a bunch of assets to get Trubisky.

I'd rather stay put and see how the draft falls. If Adams slides to 5 I'd be all in on that move.

Think he goes second.

I'm not saying you're wrong, I hope your right. But I've heard the opposite. Haslam wants a QB badly. And people inside are scared he'll get his way. We'll find out tonight.

Sweet baby Jesus in a crib, I sure hope so. I sure hope so. Pay the bills, get out of the way, and let the baseball, I mean football people do their thing.
