2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Texans had their chance, now they're done.
 
The Saints continue to collect quality tOSU players and win.
 
Booger McFarland is worse than Witten.
 
I know its just week one. But the Saints and Pats just look scary good. You can't ignore the Chiefs obviously. I'm concern if their D is going to be good though.

Yeah, this Texans team is better than the Steelers, who are also a good team. Saints and Patriots were just ready for this season. There is rust, but it is small. Tonight has been a really fun game.
 
Texans line is maybe as bad as ours. They can't protect Watson.
 
6 sacks for the Saints. Saints are destroying them in the trenches. It might be the Texans faulty line, but if they attack like this on defense. And they're already good in coverage. This team should be in the SB.

They got it all on offense too. You give guys like Tom Brady and Brees a great defense, matched with great skill players on offense. Who the fuck can stop them? Injuries I guess.

They don't have to be 32 anymore if you give two all-time greats that kind of talent.

This is the problem with trading for a good LT. Tunsil can ball, he may not be a top-5 OT, but he is up there. The guy is athletic, aware, and equally good in pass and rush blocking.

But fixing one position, regardless of which, does not fix a weak line. The Texans’ line is weak because they have three huge holes. Our line is weak because we have three huge holes. I am not sure going down to two holes really solves the problem.
 
Christ, Brees is a fucking God
 
The NFL needs a guy like Brees. I really want Mayfield to be studying Brees and Brady, and how they operate. He really needs to learn manipulate defense with his eyes. No one does it better than those two. They just mind fuck defenses. That's how you PLAY THE POSITION.
 
Brees is an artist out there. That last throw was just unreal stuff.
