You can play anyone ranging from the aforementioned Weeden to Alex Smith under center.
The 1984-2003 Steelers come to mind in that realm. Same with the Ravens to a certain extent.

We were not one of those teams (Well we "were" one, fuck Modell). We don't need to rehash the past, but man..
Not in this era. MVP caliber QBs are winning Super Bowls.
I know some are going to bring up Flacco, Eli, etc... But the league has even changed a lot since when those two won.
Going forward, its going to be very hard to win a Super Bowl, if you don't have a pro bowl level QB.
